During these 12 weeks you will receive coaching and a set of programs to help you remain accountable and remain focus.
What to expect
You will be given a personalised program based on your fitness goal:
Combination of boxing/ kick boxing and body weight exercises
Strength and Conditioning Training
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
You will be expected to workout three times a week.
One 30min 1-on-1 training session every 2 weeks
Personalised meal plan - pre-workout, post-workout and recovery
Body scan or caliper testing
With the this challenge we will help you build lean muscles, burn fat, boost your energy and learn new HABITS which will help you make lasting change beyond the 12 weeks.
